We have released Love Contacts app version 1.3 which adds a new Circular Swipe feature.

Love Contacts Circular Swipe

By default, Love Contacts mimics the behavior of iPhone home screen by allowing you navigate from first contact to the last by swiping to the left. The scrolling will stop when you reach the last contact. Or when you swipe to the right, the scrolling will stop when you reach the first contact. When you turn on Circular Swipe from the app settings, the scrolling will not stop but cycle through all contacts.
